The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001 (Laid before Parliament at the end of 2001 and is now law that applies to all new equipment: retrospective to all existing fuel installations of whatever type). Terence Barker Limited was a member of the Consultation list for these Regulations.

The Above Ground Proprietary Prefabricated Bunded Oil Storage Tank Systems - Code of Practice 2002: CIRIA code 535. Terence Barker Limited was a member of this Project's Steering Group and helped to formulate the Best Practice policies contained within it.
